How credits work
- Role tailoring uses 1 credit after the resume and prep brief are delivered. Prep materials for an existing resume also cost 1 credit per role.
- Unlocks cost the template’s listed price. Unlock once per account; repeated use, both languages, and template updates cost no more credits.
- Viewing, editing, copying, and exporting saved results uses no additional credits.
- Failed, cancelled, or incomplete generations do not consume a credit or restore it automatically. Contact support if it does not return.
- Paid credits do not expire while your account and the service remain active.
- Resume analysis uses no credits; five analyses are free in each rolling 24-hour window.

Can I pay now?
Yes. Sign in to make a one-time credit purchase.
Can I use free credits to unlock templates?
Yes. Starter credits and purchased credits can both unlock templates, as long as your available balance covers the listed price. Free templates need no credits.
Does an unlocked template cost credits every time I use it?
No. Once your account has unlocked a template, you can reuse it without another charge. Both languages and future updates are included. Each template has its own listed unlock price.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every paid credit pack is a one-time purchase and never renews automatically.
Do credits expire?
Paid credits do not expire while your account and the service remain active. Free or promotional credits may have separately disclosed limits.
Can I get a refund?
A fully unused purchase is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 days and verified. Used credits are generally not refundable for a change of mind; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
